The Deputy Prime Minister affirmed that, within the framework of common cooperation and permissible capabilities, the Government of Vietnam will make every effort to continuously cultivate and promote the traditional relations between the two countries, especially cooperation on areas where both sides have strengths, for the legitimate interests of the Vietnamese and Cuban people. In that spirit, Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai proposed that Cuba continue to have measures to support Vietnamese enterprises in expanding investment, production and business, as well as have appropriate payment mechanisms, including Projects have been implemented in the agricultural sector (rice growing, hybrid corn, aquaculture...).
