Flooding due to high tides, saltwater intrusion, subsidence, riverbank and coastal erosion also occur in many places, especially seriously in the Mekong Delta.

The Deputy Prime Minister emphasized that the Party's system of theoretical and ideological viewpoints on climate change, natural resources and environment issues continues to be developed and perfected.
